This policy explains how MUBE SYSTEMS BRASIL TECNOLOGIA LTDA("MUBE", "we", "us") collects and processes personal data when you visit our website, contact us, or use systems we operate. We comply with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law 13.709/2018 — LGPD).
1. Who we are (Data Controller)
The controller is MUBE SYSTEMS BRASIL TECNOLOGIA LTDA, CNPJ 67.259.194/0001-15, based in Jacareí/SP, Brazil.

2. Data we collect
Data you give us. Through our contact form, by email or via WhatsApp, we collect your name, email, phone/WhatsApp (when provided), company (when provided) and the content of your message. As a B2B service, this is typically professional contact information.
Data collected automatically. With your consent, we use analytics and advertising technologies that collect technical data such as IP address (truncated where possible), device and browser type, pages viewed and interactions. See section 4 and our Cookie Policy.
Data received from third parties. If you submit a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, or message us on WhatsApp, Meta passes us the details you entered or your phone number and profile name.

4. Cookies
We only set non-essential cookies (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) after you opt in via the banner. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using "Cookie settings" in the footer. Full details in our Cookie Policy.
5. Who we share data with
- Hosting and infrastructure — cloud providers and CDN
- Amazon Web Services (Amazon SES) — email delivery
- Google (Analytics) — where you consent to analytics
- Meta Platforms (Pixel, WhatsApp Business, Lead Ads) — where you consent to marketing or contact us through those channels
- Email provider — to receive and reply to enquiries
- Accounting — for tax obligations
We do not sell personal data.
6. International transfers
Some providers (Google, Meta, AWS) may process data outside Brazil, including in the United States and the European Union. Such transfers rely on standard contractual clauses and safeguards equivalent to those required by the LGPD (art. 33).
7. Retention
Contact data is kept only as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, then deleted or anonymised. Tax and contractual records are kept for statutory periods (generally 5 years). Access logs are kept for 6 months under the Internet Civil Framework. Analytics and marketing data follows provider settings (typically up to 14 months) or until you withdraw consent.
8. Your rights
Under art. 18 of the LGPD you may: confirm the existence of processing; access your data; correct incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data; request anonymisation, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data; request portability; request deletion of data processed on the basis of consent; know who we share your data with; withdraw consent at any time; and object to processing based on legitimate interest.

9. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures: encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access control, multi-factor authentication and audit logging. No method of transmission over the internet is fully secure, but we work to industry-standard practices. In the event of a material security incident, we notify affected data subjects and the ANPD within the statutory deadlines.
10. Data belonging to our clients' customers
When we build and operate systems for client companies, MUBE acts as a processor(LGPD art. 5(VII)), handling personal data only on the client's instructions; the client is the controller. In those cases the applicable privacy policy is the client's. Responsibilities are set out in contract and in a specific data processing agreement.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will appear here with a new "last updated" date and, where appropriate, a renewed consent request.
