How we use Meta platforms
Last updated: 25 July 2026
This page describes how MUBE uses Meta's APIs and platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) and what data that involves. It complements our Privacy Policy.
What we use them for
Meta Ads / Marketing API — creating, managing and measuring advertising campaigns, our own and those of clients who engage us for it. We access performance metrics, audiences and campaign configuration on authorised ad accounts.
Lead Ads — receiving, in real time, the details you enter in lead forms on Facebook or Instagram, so that we or the advertising client can respond to your interest.
WhatsApp Business Platform — sending and receiving service, order, scheduling and support messages, always following a contact you initiated or consent you granted.
Instagram / Facebook Graph API — publishing content, reading comments and direct messages, and responding to interactions on business accounts that authorise us.
Meta Pixel and Conversions API — measuring campaign results and attributing conversions, subject to cookie consent.
Permissions we request
| Permission | Purpose |

What we don't do
We do not sell, rent or transfer data obtained from Meta platforms; do not use it to advertise unrelated third parties; do not use it for decisions about credit, employment, insurance or housing; do not transfer it to data brokers; and do not use it beyond the purpose you authorised.
Retention and revocation
We keep data only as long as needed for the authorised purpose. You can revoke our app's permission at any time in your Facebook or Instagram settings, or by blocking the number on WhatsApp. To delete data already held, see Data Deletion.
