Anti-Spam Policy

Last updated: 25 July 2026

This policy applies to every client using email infrastructure operated by MUBE SYSTEMS BRASIL TECNOLOGIA LTDA. Accepting it is a condition of service; breaching it authorises immediate suspension of sending.

1. Consent is mandatory

You may only send to recipients who voluntarily signed up through your own form with a stated purpose; or are your customers, where the message relates to that existing commercial relationship; or expressly authorised the messages through another verifiable means.

You must be able to prove, for any address in your list, when, how and where consent was obtained.

2. Prohibited sources

It is expressly forbidden to send to addresses that were purchased, rented, transferred or traded; scraped from websites, social media, public listings or directories; obtained through co-registration without clear mention of your brand; obtained from a third party's list, even if opt-in at origin; generated by guessing or combining addresses; or belong to a list not mailed in over 12 months without prior re-confirmation.

3. Prohibited content

Content that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory or discriminatory; contains malware or phishing; falsifies sender, headers, subject or identity; promotes pyramid schemes, get-rich-quick offers, illegal gambling or unregistered health products; or breaches Brazilian law, the Consumer Protection Code or the LGPD.

4. Requirements for every message

Every marketing message must carry clear sender identification (name and company registration or address), a truthful subject line matching the content, a visible and working unsubscribe link, and a one-click unsubscribe header (List-Unsubscribe, RFC 8058).

Unsubscribe requests are honoured immediately, and within 48 hours at the latest.

5. Metric thresholds

MetricAcceptableWarningSuspension
Hard bounce rate< 2%2%–5%> 5%
Spam complaint rate< 0.05%0.05%–0.1%> 0.1%

Crossing the suspension threshold stops sending on your account until the cause is identified and the list cleaned.

6. List hygiene

You undertake to remove hard-bouncing addresses (we do this automatically), never reintroduce unsubscribed or suppressed addresses, re-confirm contacts with no engagement in over 12 months before mailing them again, and validate imported lists before the first send.

7. Responsibility

You are the controller of your list's data and are fully responsible for its origin and lawfulness. MUBE acts as processor. Complaints, blocks and penalties arising from an irregular list are your responsibility, including compensation for harm caused to shared infrastructure.

8. Enforcement

MUBE may at any time, without prior notice, request proof of consent for any address, suspend sending on an account whose metrics fall outside the thresholds, and terminate the service for serious or repeated breaches.

9. Reporting

Received an unwanted email sent through our infrastructure? Write to abuse@mubesystems.com.br with the full message headers. We investigate every report and respond within 24 business hours.
