MUBE operates email sending infrastructure for client companies. If you received an unwanted message, suspect fraud, or identified misuse of our infrastructure, we want to know.

What to send

Forward to abuse@mubesystems.com.br including the full message headers (not just the body), the date and time received, and the address that received it. Headers are essential — without them we cannot trace the source.

What we do

• Within 24 business hours: we acknowledge your report
• Within 72 business hours: we identify the source, notify the responsible client and apply appropriate measures, which may include immediate suspension of sending
• We report the outcome back to you
