Managed email infrastructure

Every system we build sends email: order confirmations, password resets, appointment reminders, invoices, campaigns to the customer base. When those emails land in spam, the whole system loses its value.

That's why we run our clients' sending infrastructure.

What we do

Transactional sending — order confirmations, password resets, status notifications, receipts, appointment reminders. Triggered by the system the moment the user acts.

Email marketing and automation — campaigns, newsletters and automated flows to a contact base the client built with consent.

Authentication and reputation — SPF, DKIM and DMARC configured and monitored on the client's domain. Dedicated sending subdomain. Own tracking domain.

Monitoring and deliverability — delivery, bounce, complaint, open and click tracking, broken down by receiving provider. Automatic alerts when something drifts.

Automatic suppression — addresses that hard-bounce or file a spam complaint are blocked immediately and never receive mail again.

How we isolate each client

Each client runs on its own isolated sending infrastructure, with separate domain, authentication keys, quotas and reputation metrics. A problem with one client's list does not affect any other client's deliverability.

What we don't do

We do not work with purchased, rented, scraped or co-registered lists. We do not send cold bulk outreach. We do not email people who didn't ask.

That's not a preference — it's what keeps deliverability working for every client we have. Anyone who wants to blast a purchased list isn't a client for us.

Read our Anti-Spam Policy.

Mailboxes

We do not provide mailboxes (IMAP/POP) or corporate email hosting. Our service is outbound sending only. For corporate mailboxes we recommend Google Workspace or equivalent.
